We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons (December-April). For airport transfers, at least 24 hours notice is preferred. For large group transportation or special events, we suggest booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Special policies apply for large group bookings and events.
